Alan Goehring limps under the gun for $24,000, Michael Woo limps, Juha Helppi raises to $174,000, and Alan Goehring moves all in. Woo folds, and Helppi thinks for a long time while the rest of the players start their ten-minute break.
The clock is eventually called, and while he has a minute to think, Juha asks Alan why he called the clock on him. Alan's reply, "We could be here all night."
As the floorperson is counting down the final ten seconds, Helppi calls, flipping over As-Jh. Goehring smiles and shows Ah-Kc. Helppi looks sick.
The flop comes Kh-8c-5h, and Helppi needs something runner-runner to stay alive. The turn card is the 2c, and Helppi is drawing dead. (The meaningless river card is the 5s.)
Juha Helppi is eliminated in 13th place, earning $59,789. The remaining 12 players take their break before the blinds increase to $15,000-$30,000, with a $5,000 ante.
